Watch out for taxi SHD 1009D
Oh my Lord, some Singapore cabbies are just DISGUSTING! I mean, really!
My sis had a small accident with a cab sometime ago. It was a mere scrape along the bottom side of the cab and our front bumper. Didn't even cause a dent. The guy tried to get my sister to pay $200 as compensation. Naturally we refused, since the mere scrape wasn't going to cause that amount. We did document it with pictures and reported to our insurance agent.
Now a month or so later, we've received a letter from the police. The guy is claiming injury that resulted in a 3 day long medical leave. Woah! What a nut job!
The cab number? SHD 1009D.
